Welcome to Fanda. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) operated by FANDA NETWORK LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering for and using Fanda, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Fanda. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration and Information

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide personal and business information such as your name, email address, business name, and title.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the App

Fanda is a business networking platform designed to facilitate professional news sharing, event participation, and connections between users.

You agree to use the App responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Post or share offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Use the App for spamming, advertising, or solicitation purposes without permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the App.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some services (such as access to certain features or events) require payment through Stripe.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are collected in advance and are generally non-refundable.
• Event Tickets: If an event you purchased a ticket for is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

We do not store your credit card or payment details. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or act unlawfully.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fanda is provided on an “as-is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of Fanda after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
